Welcome to Entity & thank you for your interest in joining our family. We accept people based on a variety of factors, but to make life a little bit easier here is a bit of what we are currently looking for.

Attitudes. We do not tolerate the "me me me" attitude within our shell. If you cannot put aside your wants to help someone or do something that will benefit the shell as a whole, this is not the shell for you. We understand everyone wants things, but to be courteous & helpful will benefit everyone in the long run & get you what you want faster. We do not expect perfection but we do expect you to know & understand your job(s) role within the group. You should be able to follow directions given to you w/o question. This does not mean we are opposed to hearing suggestions about how to mess around w/ our current strategies, as long as it is constructive.
